GRADING ASSESSMENT 30th MARCH 2008

The Spring grading assessment for White Tiger Martial Arts took place on Sunday 30th March at The Woodlands Centre, Rustington.

There were seven students selected for the grading assessment ranging from those attempting to achieve their 7th Kyu Orange Belt to one student aiming for 3rd Kyu Brown belt.

All of the students were assessed by Chief Instructor Sensei Damon Cooper, assisted by Sensei Sally Cooper and Sensei Della Griffiths, on basic karate combinations, sparring, partner combinations, self defence, kata, impact shield work and fitness and stamina exercises. The higher the grade that the student was aiming for, the more they were asked to demonstrate in the grading assessment.

At the end of the grading assessment, Sensei Damon was pleased to announce that all of the students had successfully passed to their next grade. Each successful student was presented with their new belt to wear home with pride. Certificates will be distributed to students over the next few sessions.

Congratulations to all students on a fantastic performance. Keep up the hard work and dedication and see you at the next training session.
